MAPEI Ultracolor Plus FA grout is a premium, fast-setting grout formulated with fine aggregates for smoother application and narrow joint placement. This polymer-modified, non-shrinking grout offers exceptional color consistency and is engineered to prevent efflorescence. This grout uses the special MAPEI’s HCT (High-Hydrated Cement Technology) which reduces common grout issues affecting other products such as uneven color or surface whitening. MAPEI Ultracolor Plus FA has Drop Effect feature which lowers surface absorption, helping block water, dirt, and grime for cleaner, longer-lasting grout joints.
